Loveplex

 

 

Amiral M, aka Loveplex, has been producing underground electro music for over 15 years. He co-founded one of the first rock bands in Casablanca in the 90’s, and was soon on stage at the age of 16, as an electric guitarist. After messing up with Amiga Trackers back in 1995 making New Beat tracks, he started out a collection of analog synthesizers packed up in his Home Studio based in Paris, FRANCE, back in 1999. His passion for acoustic music kept pushing him through and he studied Piano, Cello, and Harmony for many years in Paris. Through the years, he kept producing unreleased tracks, just for pleasure and friends, only following his passion for music, until reaching a point where releasing his music publicly became an inevitable step to take.

In the last 5 years, he progressively opened up to DJ’ing. His approach to mixing is heavily influenced by his music production background, with a sensitive touch privileging fully harmonic mixing and mashups. Always chasing for underground music and totally new and unheard of talents, his selections exclude any mainstream songs, and are aimed to find the perfect balance between progressive melodies and efficient beats. These element all put together give to his sets a very personal, artistic, and emotional touch praised by the audience. Performing regularly in clubs, mostly in France and Germany, his performances convey a true positive energy that is communicative to the public and keeps the crowd captivated.

In early 2015, after being involved behind the curtain in the Techno Scene for more than a decade, he decided to leave his consultant job and fully dedicate to music production and DJ’ing. In a few months, his project “Deep House Paris”, federated DJ’s from 15 countries around the world (France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Canada, USA, Russia, Greece, Romania, Croatia, Kosovo, Tunisia, Lebanon, and more). Delivering quality podcasts every week on its SoundCloud channel, “Deep House Paris” (2.5K Followers as of today) also publishes articles and reviews about selected artists via a dedicated web magazine, and also a Youtube channel.

This summer was the beginning of a new phase for Amiral, with the creation of a Deep House Label, “Cepage Music”, signing talented artists and producers encountered through the “Deep House Paris” adventure. 3 debut EP’s are already scheduled in the upcoming months.

About Loveplex : The contraction of “Love” and the suffix “Plex” has a deep meaning : It is the reunification of separated elements (like in “Duplex”), in this case the scattered elements of Love, uniting through universal emotions conveyed by deep music.
