Sebastian Ludwig - Di Salvatore aka Sebastian Dali was born on the 21st of May, 1991. He began learning his first instruments at quite a young age,
discovering by himself the Drums and the Bassoon. At the age of 16, he began turning tables, his early influences being especially Minimal and Techno, also including elements of Deep House. While growing up, he played as a drummer and percussionist in various Band Constelations, for example in the Nürnberger Funk Band Carlos Reisch, with whom he recorded the band's first album "Need To Dance" in 2010. Since October 2010 Sebastian has been studying his Bachelor of Music in Bassoon at the Lübeck Academy of Music under the tutelage of Professor Pierre Martens. He has played with multiple Orchestras, both in Germany and elsewhere. A founding member of the Ensemble Cascade, Sebastian regularly plays concerts and competitions with the Sextett. The group focuses especially on new music, recording a Debut CD with music of Hans-Jürgen von Bose which will be released in late June 2013. Since January 2011 Sebastian has been working with DIgitalem DJing, finding it easier to mix numerous sounds simultaneously. His sets, interveined with Technoid elements especially in the drums, are inspired by his interest in extreme contrast of sounds. In early 2012 he joined the label Antime/Berlin, where he releases his sets and private productions.
